THE SONG OF SONGS

This was written in response to a meditation/writing assignment at a Level II Kundalini Yoga course, Conscious Communications.

THE SONG OF SONGS
(A poem about Naad and Shabd Guru)

Speak (sing) the words
Listen to the Word (sing The Song of Songs) you sing
Listen to the words,
the Word
the World
the Breath
the Thought
the One One Thousandth
of Your Moment
that is You
Sing the song, The Song of Songs

That is the Word

The World
Breathe the Breath that is the last
Know the Truth that is what you speak
Speak the words

That have been spoken

So many times before
Hear the sound of God,

Heard by all the Saints
Bring the Mind to know the Unknown

Within the known
Hear the mind and allow it to turn

Back again to halt
But never stop,
the Breath,
the Words,
the Song,
the Song of Songs
the World
that is your essence
Play the music upon your soul,

Upon your breath

Upon your voice

Upon your you
Dance within the heart that knows
Pray to and with all the Divine Divinities

That you now know
Place your heart and your head and all your being
within this sound and be

Just be.
